Bonnie Bevan created a database for my company, Wendon Research, in December of 1998. We depend on the Wendon Database literally 24 hours a day. It has saved our company countless time, energy and money.

We are a research lab that developed an aluminum brazing rod as well as other similar products. We also market and sell our own products. Up until 1996, we marketed our product at trade shows and fairs. When we changed our marketing strategy to television, we needed a sophisticated system to keep up with our new success.

Bonnie Bevan created our database to meet our needs, and allowed us to operate under our new strategy much more efficiently. Our customers place orders over the phone and a few place orders through the mail. We needed:

An order entry system to store customers and orders

Invoices

Labels to place on products for priority and UPS shipments

Order tracking (status - shipped, back order, etc)

Form letters to customers with declined credit cards or bounced checks

Sales reports (she provided many different ways to view my data. E.g. by state, by time period, by product, etc)

Our company called on Bonnie's services once again in August of 1999 for two more projects.

Use my new Renaissance Credit Card processing software with the Wendon Database she created

Create yet another database for our company's television advertising

She completed both projects, and again we are extremely pleased.
